The two sections cooperations & contracts and public relations & organisation take over different central tasks at IfZ. That means intern and extern exchange of information and knowledge, the presentation of our many activities, the organisation of our events and general administrative tasks.

A main achievement lies in supporting the departments in applying for funds and the coordination of projects. Success in raising external funds is an important aim at IfZ since many interesting and forward-looking projects can only be put to life by the help of public and private sector. In order to prevail in competition for funds, professional competence, technical equipment as well as having a knack for the handling of applications play an important role.
