The range of tasks of the department Coordination includes the general organisation of the coordination board (KA) at IfZ and the responsibility for federal advising-related field trials in varietiy and plant protection. This also means the technical organisation of variety value tests in sugar beet on behalf of the federal Bureau of seed varieties (Bundessortenamt, BSA).
Our main areas are:
- coordination of advising-related field trials
- organisation of seed varieta testing system
- survey production technology in sugar beet cultivation

- guidelines integrated plant protection in sugar beet
